At this hillside estate, seize the opportunity to connect and rejuvenate with all the comforts of home (and more!) while taking in Arizona’s copper sunsets, blazing blue skies and shimmering city lights.
Located next door to the famous Boulders Resort & Spa, this home is only minutes from world-class golf courses, lively restaurants, quirky bars and shopping of all kinds. In the immediate area there is horseback riding, hot air ballooning, desert jeep tours, mountain biking, hiking trails, 5-star spas, boating at several lakes, rafting the Salt River, and much more.
From casual family breakfasts to elegant dinner parties, the fully equipped chef’s kitchen serves as the focal point of the home’s interior gathering space.
Lavish amenities include 5 spacious bedrooms (one is a large office with a Queen Murphy Bed), 4 private bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, heated pool and spa with outdoor shower, built-in BBQ, cozy fireplaces, flat-panel TVs in every room with expanded satellite options, the fastest available WiFi service, sumptuous Southwestern furniture and décor throughout. Saltillo-tiled floors and natural wood beams add refined elegance and charm to the colorful space. POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Grandkids and kids first week, cousins second week, good friends third week and a week just for us at the end. Plenty of great golf and too many great restaurants.....all near by. Property was excellent....spacious yet homey.

Summary: We took our 3 kids (ages 13, 10, and 6) and one of our kid’s friends and enjoyed a quiet weekend. It was very hot so the pool was a must and the kids had a blast! The views are spectacular and there is so much space in and out of the house.

Every sunset and sunrise was truly stunning with its view. Jamie, the property manager, was incredible with communication from beginning to end. She’s a gem! Our group of 4 (two couples celebrating 40th birthdays) enjoyed the towns of Carefree and Cave Creek during our stay. Great restaurants nearby. Had intended to go to Scottsdale, but had no desire after getting to this property and town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Pool, hot tub and outdoor space were perfect. Inside was a stunner from top to bottom and extremely clean. Trip of a lifetime and this place was the cherry on top!

The house was absolutely gorgeous - especially the view! The management company was great work with, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was exceptionally stocked with laundry detergent, baggies, spices, etc.. We loved every minute!
